The storage space status page shows current storage usage and warns you when there is not a lot of free space left.
- Volatile storage: space shared with the system and process memory.
- Persistent config storage: the place where the PBX configuration is stored.
- Persistent data storage: present on VPBX or our older standalone PBX models with installed hard disk.
The rows are displayed in red when usage percentage is greater than 85% and when this happens the vpbx will send you a warning email about this (if SMTP settings are configured).
When usage percentage will hit 90%, the vpbx will display an alert message and will start sending warning emails.
Caveat: When usage percentage will hit 99%, the vpbx will start removing old voicemail messages and logs to ensure that the system will keep on running.
