The Calls monitor is where you can see and manage your calls and your group incoming calls.

Grab calls

If you are in grab group you can see your grab groups incoming calls and by right click you can grab such a call.

Record calls

When you answer a call, the option “record call” becomes available as a clickable icon (if not, you do not have the right privileges).
