In extensions you can view and change the call flow rules of your own user’s extension. An extension is an internal number in the PBX. You can apply action rules to it, use it in call flows, or use extensions as short dial codes. Please note that this can be in read-only mode if your admin will set a privilege ‘Read-only permission dial plan rules’ for you.
Some tips to help you out:
- You can add multiple rules to an extension.
- Each rule can be applied based on a condition (status / callerID / time rule)
- You can drag and drop actions to change the order
- You can define if you want to play greeting or instructions by editing the local voicemail action rule
